Update on Winners

Hello everyone, as you may or may not have heard, the original 1st place winner was found to be a college student and (possibly) not in the US, which is against the LionHacks rules. They have since been disqualified and the current 2nd and 3rd place winners have been shifted up to 1st and 2nd, respectively. Even though the competition is over, you don't have to stop coding. Update your portfolio to inform your followers about new projects and get feedback from fellow hackers.

Reminders and Updates

Hello all LionHacks participants,

As the date of LionHacks approaches, here are a few reminders and updates before the submission window opens.

  1. Make sure to join the Discord server at https://discord.gg/vZwqbJe4jw.
  2. Our opening ceremony will take place on 4/5 at 3 PM PST. A link for ceremony will be sent out soon. In this ceremony, we will go over some expectations as well as introduce our judging panel.
  3. At 4 PM PST, we will have a short beginner workshop for those new to hackathons. This workshop will cover the basic processes (brainstorming, designing, etc.) of a hackathon project.
